Greg serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Omnicity and was instrumental in the initial fundraising and public company formation. Greg has been with Omnicity from its inception, initially as Chief Technology Officer, then as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to his work with Omnicity, he served as President of RushDSL, a rural broadband services provider and was Chief Technology Officer of Qmedia, a network services and managed services provider. He was also Chief Technology Officer and board member of Netisun, LLC where he directed Netisun’s technical services group and managed network infrastructure. Greg was a founder and executive of Indiana Communications & Systems, Inc., which was a rural business ISP and managed service providers acquired by Netisun LLC. He has 25 years of technical experience working with many corporate and governmental agencies, and has consulted with Northrop, The Associated Group, United Student Aid Funds, Cinergy, Sperry, Unisys, and EDS. He received his AS in Computer Information Services from Indiana Central University and has spent 10 years of his career in information systems consulting.
Don PrestAs CFO, Don leads the SEC public financial reporting process for Omnicity as well as the overall financing plan. Don was a US and Canadian public company assurance partner for 17 years at a large regional PCAOB registered accounting firm located in Canada, where his career began 26 years ago. He was also a partner of FBP Capital Corp, an investment and merchant bank, where he leveraged his international tax and assurance practice and contacts to assist FBP’s clients in going and being public. He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Power Air Corporation, a public fuel cell company. Graduating from BCIT in Financial Management in 1983, Don received his Canadian CA designation in 1991 and his US CPA designation in 1997.
David BradfordDavid manages the profitability of Omnicity’s day-to-day operations and provides leadership, strategic direction and vision to the company. He also assists senior company officers in the design and development of long-term strategic planning, organization of resources to execute the plan, and reporting and analysis of operating results. David has devoted the majority of his senior management career to the telecommunications industry. From 1977 through 1987, he served in executive positions at the Chicago Tribune’s broadcast and cable television divisions. These positions included Vice President and General Manager for Tribune Cable Communications, Vice President of Operations for WGN Electronic Systems Company, and Director of Strategic Planning for Tribune Cable and subsidiaries. After leaving the Tribune companies, David served as President of Empire Communications and Bradford Communications, Inc., both rural cable television multi-system operators. He subsequently took on the role of President of National Telsat, Inc., a rural wireless television and data provider. David currently serves on the Board of Directors of KX2 Performance Group, Inc., a North Carolina based NASCAR motor sports marketing firm. He offers thirty years of successful subscriber-based telecommunications operating experience as well as participation and oversight of numerous debt and equity financings, acquisitions, and restructurings.
Bob Evans
Vice President of Acquisitions
After majoring in accounting at the Indiana School of Business, Bob graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University School of Law in 1986. He worked for the Indianapolis law firms of Bingham Summers Welsh & Spilman and Kroger Gardis & Regas, where his practice was focused primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and securities regulation. Bob has extensive experience in a broad variety of transactional work, including asset acquisitions and SEC compliance. He also has significant experience in leadership and operations management, working for small to medium sized businesses as well as heading the field operations effort for the 2000 Census in Chula Vista, California.
