Billing FAQ

Please see the information below regarding common billing questions:

When is my bill due?

Your bill is due on the first day of your service period. For example, if your service is from 5/15/10 to 6/15/10, your bill for the month of May is due on 5/15/10.

Since I am paying by auto deduction, when will my payment be automatically deducted?

Automatic deductions occur monthly on the first day of your service period. For example, if your service is from 5/15/10 to 6/15/10, your account would be debited on the 15th day of each month.

Can I pay for the year?

You may opt to pay for the entire year at any time.

We offer a free month of Internet service for customers who pay for the year in advance. Your yearly bill is your monthly service charge x 12 months minus 1/12 of that total. We will be glad to send you an invoice for the yearly amount upon request. Please be aware that Omnicity does not issue refunds for cancelled accounts including yearly payments. The Customer has the option of keeping the service until their payment has been used up.

How can I begin using auto pay or change my information if my bank or my credit/debit card number changes?

You may call us (866-586-1518) with your information or you can submit your information on our Billing Method Update page. If you prefer to not provide this information via phone or web, we can email an auto pay update form to fax or mail back to us.

Why do I get 2 bills upon installation? (BUSINESS ACCOUNTS)

Upon installation you will receive a bill in the mail for the installation charge and the first month’s service.

Because Omnicity bills one month ahead, you will receive another charge for the second month a few days later. Both of these charges may be reflected on the 2nd statement if no payment has yet been made.

*Customers paying by auto payment are billed initially for the installation charge and their first month. Auto payment accounts are not billed one month ahead.
